God-Centered

Quality healthcare

MHM's mission is to provide quality healthcare in Jesus Christ's name through an alliance with the people of Haiti. Our vision is to further develop Hôpital L’Eglise de Dieu Réformée into a self-sustaining hospital approximating U.S. standards of care. Learn more about each of our ever-expanding departments, and learn how you can join us in the amazing work happening there.

Dental

In 2008, teaming up with Haitian dental professionals a basic dental clinic was opened at the hospital.

Emergency Services

In January 2018, we took a leap of faith and opened a basic after hours emergency clinic.

» learn more

Pharmacy

When the hospital first opened as an outpatient clinic in 2005, all medicine provided for the patients were those purchased or carried from abroad.

» learn more

Prosthetics

Prior to the earthquake of 2010, the plans for the prosthetic laboratory were already in the works.

» learn more

Surgery

When a group from North Carolina (Mission Haiti, Inc) began building the surgical area of the hospital, it is doubtful they realized the impact this department would have on so many lives!

» learn more

Radiology

At the inception of emergency care, an obvious fracture was splinted in the best possible fashion, using ingenuity, determination and a lot of “guesswork” as to how the fracture could be approximated.

Outpatient Services

During the first MHM trips to Haiti and for many, many subsequent medical trips, an outpatient clinic was defined as a trip to a
remote location, carrying our medicine in tow.

» learn more

Laboratory Services

The need for lab tests for our patients became obvious as our outpatient department continued to expand.
