MEDICAL TRIP MATERIALS

Our focus for medical trips is to connect to the community and provide quality healthcare through collaboration and education with our hospital staff, by providing surgical procedures not normally available to the area, and introducing newbies to the culture of Haiti to share beyond the country with friends and family.

LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR MISSION

Thank you to the friends of MHM who made the below videos

24/7 Hospital 3:03

Watch this comprehensive video made by our friends from the Church of God Ministries in Anderson, Indiana.

Putting Their Best Feet Forward 3:55

Amputees test out their new prosthetic legs for the first time at our Prosthetic Lab at the St. Ard Hospital in Haiti. They will receive the exoskeletal piece of their limbs at a later date. We were amazed by how quickly each of them started walking with no prior physical therapy!

The Day’s Opening 1:25

You may recognize the tune of this hymn being sung in Creole before the day’s opening of the hospital. Every morning before the hospital opens, patients and staff sing – Amen!
